Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Team Generation account and the data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do this.

Option 1 — In the app (recommended)

Open the Team Generation app.
Open the menu and go to Account & Settings.
Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately and you're signed out.

Option 2 — By email (if you can't access the app)

Send a request to believer01.official@gmail.com with the subject "Team Generation Account Deletion". Include the Google account email you used to sign in, so we can verify the request. You can also reach us on WhatsApp +91 98485 79715 or Telegram @TG_believer01.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove:

Your profile (name, email, profile picture, mobile number).
Device and push-notification tokens.
Teams you created, and your Prime bookings.
Your subscription/purchase records held by the app.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any active premium pass is lost and is non-refundable. Purchases are managed by Google Play — deleting your Team Generation account does not delete your Google account.

What we may retain

We may keep limited records for a short period where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or security purposes. These are not used to identify you for any other purpose and are removed when no longer required.

Timing

In-app deletions take effect immediately. Email requests are processed within a reasonable time after we verify your identity.
