This policy covers the Team Generation premium pass purchased through Google Play.
The premium pass is a digital product that unlocks features for a fixed period. Because access is granted immediately on purchase, passes are generally non-refundable once activated.
All payments are processed by Google Play. Refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policy and are handled through your Google Play account (Play Store → Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history).
